Your logistics look good. I'd rent a car for at least a couple of days and have the freedom to come and go as you please. You really can't reach the other islands by dinghy, but you can rent a boat at Leverick Bay. I was thinking local boating like Saba Rock and Prickly Pear island. I wouldn't want to try traveling outside of that larger bay area without a captain.
