Is there a boat shuttle that takes you to isla mujeres Has anyone done the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres and is it worth the trip? Also, is it safe to leave the resort and if so so they have a hotel shuttle to take you downtown cancun
Your resort is close to the Ultramar ferry terminal at Puerto Juarez. We’ve taken cat sails that include some time on the island but we much prefer going on our own. Our first choice for a golf cart rental is Joaquin, their lot is a block to the right as you leave the ferry terminal on IM. Be sure to reserve a cart the day before to avoid the long line. Cost is $800 - 900 pesos. And you want to use pesos whenever you use cash. You can get more info on whether your resort offers shuttle - or even a water boat to the island - on the Fans page of the resort. Also feedback from current and recent guests. https://www.facebook.com/groups/DreamsVistaCancunFans/?ref=shareThe Cancun forum on TripAdvisor is also much more active than this forum…And of course you should contact the resort directly with these questions…
