In STT I am a fan of Emerald Beach and has everything on your wish list. On Tortola..June is a lovely time on CGB when the cruise ships cut way back. You cant go wrong at Myett's or Coconut Breeze up a short drive ( I believe Tiffany and Elizabeth will keep running it after the sad passing of Jason). For those on a budget Rhymer's Beach Hotel is hard to beat..very basic but clean and right on the sand..There al also the Columbus apartments just down the road..
