We were at The Palms when the four trailers went by. Loud but fun, lots of people walking and dancing along with a lot of police mixed in the crowd of walkers that seemed very welcome and also enjoying the festivities.

We were finishing up, me having carrot cake, so we just hung out another 30 or so minutes before heading towards Cupecoy. It was slow in places but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
