Pictures look nice, but more BS tip inflation--"10% gratuity will be added for all staff, waiter gratuity not included". Seriously??
As much as I agree that this is BS, if it's a restaurant that I want to try, I wouldn't let this stop me. I'd add an additional 5 or 10% tip, depending on how I felt about the service, and let it go at that. How the restaurant shares the tip isn't my problem, and anyone who works there and isn't happy with how it's done can find another job. There are plenty of restaurants on the island that are pretty much always looking for servers.
