Lesley--I doubt that international pre-clearance will happen anytime soon, as that is a MAJOR expense, and in my opinion, if it were going to be done, it should have been budgeted and allowed for in this most recent iteration of the airport, which may, or may not, be done by October.
Meantime, as bdeeley said, good way to encourage people to book with you. Comments such as those will be deleted in future.
