Does anyone know if you can clear out of Martin at Anse Marcel (say at 11am), then sail to Tintemarre and spend the night, then depart for St. Barts the following morning at ~9am? It is suggested above the zarpe is good for 24 hrs? Same question leaving Barts, spend the night at Colombier before leaving the next morning?
