The update is some of the local skippers are calling the guys who haul trash and deliver ice in the anchorages and having them put red trash bags or a paddle board on FCFS balls. A crewed charter boat took one of those balls at Cooper and when the other bareboat with a local skipper onboard showed up he demanded they leave. They refused citing first come first serve and the other boat proceeded to try and tie up to their boat and the skipper threatened to beat the other skipper. The police were called. I'm confused. I've been reliably informed that if only all charterers hired a skipper, everything in the BVI would be utopia henceforth? What a world... ...and if we could just go back to FCFS
