There are several companies. Best fare I've found is thru Air America. Other good companies that I've used are Fly BVI is also very good. Another good option is to fly a scheduled flight on Air Sunshine or Seabourne to Beef Island (Tortola) and use the scheduled flight from Beef Island to Anegada at 5pm for only $95 round trip.
