Lyn--that is unfortunate. I have actually never heard of a Club O towel being taken off a chair before, although I'm sure it must have happened before. I would say most people who stay at Club O and those who like us only visit for the day often leave our stuff there and take a walk or go to lunch. I assume that is a hard and fast policy with them, that the office staff has been instructed not to deviate from.
