When we stayed at Club O in August 2009, we came from the beach and put our damp CLub O towels on the chair in front of our room (#19) to dry out while we went inside for lunch. We came out about 45 minutes later, and both towels were gone. We looked around thinking maybe the cleaning ladies might have picked them up, but saw no one anywhere around. We went directly to the front office to report the missing towels. They charge us the $30.00 US per towel, and gave us two more towels. Back then, the towels were really nice and plush, and a bright yellow but certainly not worth $30.00 each. The ones they gave us in October 2014 were well worn, and a faded yellow. They were not worth even $10.00. I wonder how Club O arrives at that price for the towels??
