Are you staying on the lagoon side or the ocean side in Baie Nettle?
I'm not really aware of resorts providing loungers/floats - free or rental - for the pool or ocean though I do think I've seen a beach concession stand somewhere that had them available for rent, now that I think about it - possibly at Grand Case Beach Club? Not saying they do or don't - but you do occasionally see the styro noodles floating around the different pool areas and up for grabs, if that helps.
And most of the beaches do have chaise lounges and umbrellas available for rent.
Good choice on Jeannie - even if you don't plan on eating in a lot - I would recommend her breakfast fare - coffee, juice, fresh fruit and baguettes and pastries to die for from Serafinas. Yummy - what a way to start the day!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
