Last trip we used Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF50 stick sunscreen. TSA considers it as a solid so you can pack as many as you want. Took a little getting used to, but we have decided we like it as well as any spray or lotion. http://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena-Sunscre...words=sunscreen
