Thank you - I do plan to counter am just trying to do some due diligence. Although this is a travel site I was hoping, and did succeed, in finding some US - Tortola transplants - so all is not lost. I am a bit of a research fanatic, so I have found this quite beneficial regardless. I do appreciate your input and perspective.
