That's what I do.! Lots of pre-vacation research - which gets me all psyched up for the trip and gives me a list of all the possibilities. Then I just pick and choose as the mood strikes. Based on the recommendations from everyone on those kinds of boards, I know I am going to be choosing from great options - from restaurants to excursions. More often than not I wind up only doing a few of the things but I like to be prepared for the possibilities. .
