Cows on / beside / the road going to Friars Bay and goats on / beside the road I call the Coralita road - Oyster Pond to French Quarter
Not common, not uncommon, but more so on the French side
Just part of the fun, stay alert and drive safely. I think at times some tourists who stop their cars for pictures pose a greater hazard then animals by the road.
