I was simply teasing when I said that the dividend miles would disappear. The transfer has occurred unlike my Keurig account which actually saw all my bonus points disappear when I was told that as a Canadian I could not use the American website that I would now have to order from the Canadian website. This one I am not teasing about ... sorry to add this Keurig story on.
