Correct pat. Not everyone feels or shares the same "loyalty" to this place or any other place that may be a favorite of one person but not another.
It goes back to my original point that a less than glowing review of certain places will bring out the loyal followers. I gave a couple of other examples as well.
" When an opinion is contrary to the loyal followers it is very predictable as to the responses."
