It is not as well known (that's changing rapidly) and as easily accessible as the "main" beaches and therefore some folks feel comfortable going nude. Whether in your own country or visiting another you must respect the laws of the land. Unfortunately some of us in the naturalist community(not me)feel empowered to do as they please regardless of who may be offended or what the law is. Those folks have no right to complain when they are either called out or cited for their arrogant and illegal behavior.
