That's funny because the 'tough grilled lobster' we had was at Uncle Harry's the only time we ever tried them there. They were tasty, but very, very chewy so we just learned to save our quest for grilled lobsters to the two places we knew did them well, just like we learned nobody does lobster Thermidor quite like Antoine's.
