A B&B close to that particular property decided that since we are not in residence 12 months of the year, our property was fair game for their guests whenever we were not in residence. That translates through some staff turnover as < sure, just walk down that lane across the road and ignore the sign that says PRIVATE PROPERTY... no one is there right now.>
