I know many of you guys don't like Emeril, so hate to use an Emeril saying, but I wonder how many of you guys have what Emeril calls a 'boat motor'?? You know, the blender thing you put in the pot, as opposed to putting things in the regular blender. What is the real name of it?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Blush.gif" alt="" /> Anyway, I don't have one, and several recipes I have seen posted lately, it seems that one would come in handy. Thoughts?
