With so much hatred in the news lately, I just had to post about an act of kindness that happened to us tonight at the Leverick BBQ. When the jumbies came out, my mom asked a gentleman from Georgia (hopefully he's a TTOL reader) if my dad could move to his table to see better. My dad is paralyzed. Not only did this man move a chair right to the stage but he arranged for the jumbies to come to our table for pictures. It made my dad's night. It renews my faith in the goodness of people. This man was a perfect stranger who went out of his way to make some one else's night. I intend on paying it forward.

Actually it sounds like something that would happen at Leverick. Its the kind of attitude brought out by Nick, Monica, and the entire staff.
