Hot Ranch Crackers
1/2 to 3/4 cup Canola Oil 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 pkg Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing Mix 1 to 2 Tablespoons of Crushed Red Pepper (Pizza Pepper) or to taste depending on how hot you want them.
Mix that up and let set for 15 minutes.
Take a Gallon Size Ziploc Bag & put in 4 sleeves of Saltine Crackers. Pour the oil mixture over the crackers. Zip the bag and turn the bag around until the crackers covered in the oil mixture.
Serve... and watch 'em disappear! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

If I wanted to replace the Crushed Red Pepper with cayenne, do you have any idea of the amounts, or should I just stick with the crushed red? The reason I ask, is because we have more and more friends these days that can't have seeds! (diverticulitis)... sooo many people getting that these days!
