Looking for remote locations where one will not offend others if we decide to go nude. Beach locations would be great but also looking for other places, B&B, spas, etc. The closer to Clearwater the better.

A remote beach location near Clearwater where you won't offend others is certainly possible, but you're going to need a boat. The closest mainland options are all the places in Land O Lakes -- Caliente, Paradise Lakes, Lake Como, Paradise Pines, and the Woods RV park.
