This is really good...

4-5 Yellow squash, sliced
3-4 Zucchini, sliced
Large Spanish onion, sliced
one medium head Cabbage, sliced
about 4-5 HOT Itallian sausage, browned & sliced
about 4-5 SWEET Italian sausage, browned & sliced
Thyme, to taste
S&P to taste

Mix all in a large pot and cover with chicken broth...
Simmer on the stove til all is done...
could also do in a crockpot...

Oh, baby, sounds yummy!! I love squash, especially butternut & acorn. When I have any left over I do incorporate into a soup/stew. Adds a wonderful sweetness! This one sounds great! I'll make it with turkey sausage and perhaps a few turkey pepperoni to make it 'jump up ' a bit!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />
