marisol OP Traveler Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 111	We were recently in Roadtown and noticed mooring balls to the east of the cruise ship dock in Roadtown. Does anyone know if these are private moorings or public? I don't ever remember seeing moorings in Raodtown Harbour.
