Heading back to Virgin Gorda next week and was wondering what the status of the Fat Virgin is and if there has been any change in the Biras Creek odyssey.

How can we get there now from Gun Creek....take ferry to bitter end and walk around?

We had dinner there last Thursday. We were the only 4 persons dining. Ribs were delicious as usual as was the fresh wahoo. The business does appear to be impacted by the Biras Creek Resort closure. Esther will appreciate if you call ahead for reservations.

Yes, that would be a guaranteed way of doing it. But I would try making a small offering to the BEYC ferry skipper to just drop you right there.

It wouldn't be much trouble for him, and it would save you a half hour hike.

At BEYC yesterday and the trail from there to Biras is closed. Took the dinghy over to Fat Virgin for lunch.

Well that kinda sucks -- we always like taking that walk. Did they close it the same way as a few years ago, with the gate at the Biras end of the trail from BEYC?
