Stupid question, but how do you do those scallops?? I have some of the huge ones, and would love to do bacon wrapped scallops.. I positively LOATHE limp, raw bacon though. Is there a way to do them so the bacon is relatively well done?

pre-nuke the bacon, wrap about scallops, broil for a few minutes...should do the trick! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

just don't overcook the bacon--you want it to still be pliable to wrap the scallops

It was only OK. Made it from a low carb recipe in a cookbook. I used some chicken sausage that I had in the freezer that was somewhat freezer burned, so it gave it a funny whang, and put in some leftover turkey that I had in the freezer .. I was not impressed, so not sure I will post it....

We had a big old center cut prime rib (five rib) last night in the Adirodacks with all the kids & grandkids... Tonite, we had sub sandwiches (how romantic!)... after the long ride home...

(one of the best subs I have ever had, served on a perfect baguette)... Ate half for lunch in the car on the way home, and the other half for dinner! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> Probably have an oreo or two with milk for dessert! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />
