Somebody call Amsterdam and Paris.......450 apartments all to be bought by companies from le chine...........doesn't sound like a free market project to me............i cant think of another project like that where all the tenants will come from a single country ...........sounds more like a hemispheric corporate HQ beachhead on the beach - literally 8433 miles from Peking
Why didn't they pick Port au Prince where it could do some good

Not that it matters, but I love the Belair, too. It's one of the older island properties but still serves it guests well.
