Totally agree with Jim...Sebastian's is the best sipping rum...if you prefer spiced that is which I do. The best place to pic it up is at Sebastian's although I have seen in in a few shops at Sopher's. It seemed a crime when my brother in law made a painkiller with it but wow was it tasty and very smooth!
ENJOY!

Totally agree with Sebastian's. It IS a sipping rum ... smooth, dark and a bit sweet.

We go with Ron Barrilito 3-star or Cruzan Single Barrel. Cruzan Dark 2-year old is remarkably good, and better than in the past.

Cheers, RickG

The real stuff is labeled Rhum Agricole. Any of the dark Rhum's from DePaz are excellent. I would avoid the new "amber" variant created to ship to the US where few understand rhum.

As StormJib says, the Rhum Agricole from the french islands, we prefer Martinique, are magnificent. They are rare, but the Rum Bar at Cooper Island has a few. Occasionally you can find bottles of Rhum Clement.

Why the big deal? Rhum Agricole is not made from molasses, but from from cane juice. Arundel does the same on Tortols, but without the aging. You can still make a good 'ti Punch with Arundel.

Cheers, RickG

Callwoods panty dropper is the choice if you ask my grandson. I like the Elms "the [censored]". A couple shots and it is hard to find the dinghy!
