I would call or email them. They will let you know what is possible. I doubt someone will be there at 8pm to do a chart/boat briefing...

I wouldn't bother contacting them ahead of time - bring it up when you arrive and again first thing in the morning. This is the best way to ensure you get the briefing done as early as possible.
