We love baked apples!
Rome Apples or any large, meaty baking apple...
Rum
unsalted butter
brown sugar cinnamon mix
heavy cream
core apples, leaving some "meat" at the bottom...
fill centers with butter/brown sugar/rum mix...
bake at 350F until soft...
serve with heavy cream poured over the top...
YUMMMMM! and super easy!
