Some time ago I read a post about a new restaurant along Restaurant Row in Grand Case. The poster was wondering why many of the big name restaurants were packed to the gills while the new one by the public parking lot sat almost empty. They thought the food at L'effet Mer was much more tempting and delicious than the other restaurants. Well, after reading the post, Carol and I decided to try the place. We weren't disappointed!!
