What are the rules for the use of the pier park tender slips? There are 10 deep water slips and about 400' of quay. The ferries are only using a couple of spaces and unless there are ships in the excursion ferries are not using them. Seems like the perfect place for dropping off or picking up ferry visitors. I found this PDF of rules for the floating docks and it appears they operate as a short term marina with daily rates and first hour free. I wonder if that is lo longer effective post Irma.
