I wondered who is in charge of renting chairs there? Is it Colin, who was in charge of chairs when Pedro's was still there?

Chairs at Perch Lite (Club 0) are rented by Cedrick and Alain, who both work for Club O, same as before Irma

Cedric and Alain are taking care of the Orient beach chairs, although it looks like there is a small Pedro’s chair presence. I believe Club O owned the Land where Pedro’s was located.
