Wife and I will be staying there in July and have a couple of questions. Do they charge for parking? Is there a charge for wifi? Do they offer chairs and umbrellas on Kim Sha Beach? Is there anything else we need to know about the resort or rooms (I know about the timeshare tax)? Thanks for your help.

When we were there, they did not charge for parking or wifi. Don't know about the umbrellas as we always went to Orient beach. There is an upper and lower parking area. We always tried to get the upper deck as the lower would sometimes fill with water during heavy rains.

No charge for chairs or umbrellas. We did give Kyle a couple of bucks every day for setting up the umbrella and providing a table.

No charge for parking or WiFi. WiFi is actually pretty good, and parking is secured. The staff is fabulous...we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the chairs on the beach, so can't speak to that.
