Took a walk yesterday to Ivans the trail is still there there is a couple of pieces of broken cement at the end where they have a rope tied off but you can still get around. He has started building little cabins to rent one is complete. Building is going on at the pink Villas next door and there's a ridiculously modern New Villa also next door and they're rebuilding some other Green Building as well that will rent out he will be having his BBQs starting back up in November. They do serve dinners nightly upon request.

Modern one is https://glasshousebvi.com
Amazing testament to new design, structure, and building that it survived the hurricanes!

I spent my money on booze, broads, and boats...the rest I wasted.

You are mainly correct. We saw the owner pushing for completion when we were there in January. From what I remember the foundation was in. The rest was built post hurricane.

Not true, the walls were all up, the roof was even on pre Irmaria.
