This dip is just the best. 3 Chicken breasts cooked slowly until done & finely shredded 1 cup Helmans mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cream cheese (softend) 14 oz sharp chedder cheese (save some for top) 2 small cans green chilies chopped 1 tsp garlic salt 2 tsp Sweet Baby Ray bar-b-que sauce (to drizzle on top)
Mix together well. Top with some of the cheese and drizzle a little of the Sweet Baby Ray's on top. Cook for about 45 minutes at 350. Serve with whatever corn chips you prefer. This stuff is good.

It is so simple and so good. Try it and let me know what you think. You could add some chopped hot pepper if you like. Amy

Just wanted to let you know that I made this last weekend for a Labor Day Party and it was a huge hit. It was totally gone before dinner. I cut the recipe in half and used canned chicken breast that I shredded and it came out perfectly. Thanks. Sally

Sounds really good to me right up to the BBQ sauce. Is that a huge factor in how the dip tastes? Just asking. I know sometimes it is the different ingredient that makes it.

No you can skip the bbq sauce amd it will not hurt the dish at all. I would use slow cooked chicken breast and shred it rather than canned chicken but glad to know that works in a pinch. Amy
