Vero Beach, Fl and South Sound...
Weather in the BVI has been great.. Basically the crew decided to just use the boat for day sailing around the BVI and coming back to Leverick every night. Today we spinnaker fly off the bow in the middle of North Sound Spinnaker fly is when you raise the spinnaker at the bow of the yacht, anchor at the stern, tie bosuns chair and lines to the spinnaker and take off the bow for a ride above North sound and then drop off the bosuns chair at 25 ft into the sea.
Will also take my Jeep to the valley and stop by the baths.and a swim at Savannah Beach.
We also have 12 scuba tanks on board so a lot of diving. New Jeanneau 519 with full a/c has been great. We keep the generator running most of the day to keep the a/c cool in the cabins. No need to connect to dock power just turn the generator on. Also provides hot water and all the power needed for the yacht. The generator is very quiet. We have not used the watermaker as we refill at Leverick every day. Watermaker will make 15 gal per hour.

Lots of construction still going in the island. Mt villa is going up to the second floor. Next step is the roof. Send 2 containers down. Need to clear them. Customs in not charging me for the customs tax as I have a customs exemption. Sure helps a lot.

Going back to Vero Beach on Monday.

Sounds like you're having a great time! Can't wait to see your villa once it's complete. Any pictures of the progress?
