Does Sonesta Maho or Sonesta Ocean Point have a Beach?

Yes.....Both resorts share the same beach.

But in all fairness to the OP, over the years and on a regular basis, we’ve seen that the beach does come and go just like the rest of Maho, right? More there than gone but still, often gone. But the good news, staying at these properties you’re just a very short walk and a shorter drive to Mullet Bay Beach should this happen during your visit.

It’s all the same beach. As of yesterday there was no beach and the waves are crashing out on the road.
This afternoon there was a good 15 foot stretch of beach in terms of width from Shoreline to water. The waves are very rough and I think a full moon coming has something to do with it.

Wouldn't do it at night but how far is it to walk from Royal Islander to El Zafiro? That's on a beautiful beach.

My wife and I did it a couple of years ago, distance wise, I would estamate it to be about a kilometer, no more than a mile.My wife and I are in our 70's, we had no problems, good road all the way to the beach.
