Have been to SVI's a number of time always have decal and checked into SVI's but not from SVI's to USVI's.
Anyone know of any changes? Thanks.

From the SVI to the USVI you don’t have to check in because it’s a US territory, from the USVI to the SVI you must check in because the USVI is a Freeport and subject to US Customs
