Our inbound Delta flight is delayed. Anyone have any idea what's going on? All the Delta website says is 'delayed'.

If it's coming from CLT or in that area it's weather related.

the SXM airport schedule says on time for arrival at 2pm from Atlanta. Hope it isn't long delay.

They have said it's been boarding for over an hour. Not sure where you get that arrival time here? If they arrive at 3:45 today, we will miss our connection in Atlanta. Not sure where the Atlanta-SXM plane is coming from, but weather in Charlotte shouldn't affect our flight.

Carol, Delta from JFK just landed there and they have plenty of return seats available. You might be able to switch over and get a connecting flight out of JFK TO YOUR final destination and beat the delayed flight home.

Yup....about a 2 1/2 delay. DL919 now scheduled to depart SXM at 535p with a 931p arrival in ATL

OK, well at least the flight left there! We will go ahead and get ready to leave and try to fix the tickets at Juliana. I hope those people on the way down didn't have to spend all that time sitting on the plane, as it was listed as 'boarding' for the longest time..

DL908 just cleared the Atlantic coast at Amelia Island and is 2 hours and 45 minutes out of SXM

Carol aren't you in central FL? That AA 2219 flight for another time is always on time(famous last words)...................anyway, for another time as you are probably on your way, so safe travels and trust all will be well.

We're at Juliana. Got us both switched to the same flights going home. As of now, spending the night in Atlanta. Hopeful that we might make the midnight flight from Atlanta to Orlando, but not counting on it at all. It is what it is. At least we are on the same flights now.
