Topless and nude sunbathing is illegal on St. Lucia.
It's a very conservative island so please don't offend the locals by trying to go topless.
If you must go topless visit one of the French Islands (St. Martin, St. Barts, Martinique or Guadalupe - you'll find plenty of topless bathers on those islands.
