Has demolition begun on Long Bay beachfront units? Any word on re-building going forward?

The middle section the beachfront units have been demolished and the rubble cleared ( trucks up and down the hill from 7 am!) They have left 3 or 4 buildings at each end that look like they are repairable..not sure what the next stage is..
