Two weeks from today I'll be returning to the beach at what was Club Orient after a 2-year absence. I understand that the beach chairs and umbrellas are still being rented. To be sure I carry enough cash, how much are they running now for 2 chairs and an umbrella? Haulover Beach in MIA is now about $40 plus tip.

I've been in love with the place since 1994 just a year before, sad to say, La Belle Creole was destroyed. I'm holding out some hope that someplace like Club Orient returns.

It's half of the Haulover price - $20. We also would love to see some place like Club O to return. There are other c/o resorts, but none on the beach.
