The 11 am ferry will be a close call , for the 2:20 flight and Very Bad if that is an American Airlines Flight -- any delays in ferry schedule or C&I in STT at dock will be a problem. The STT airport can also be crowded with people as quite a few flights leave at the same time and C&I then TSA can have LONG lines. You should check the times and ferries available - https://bestofbvi.com/bvi-ferry-schedules/?from=St-Thomas&to=TortolaGood Luck.

Thanks - I think I can take a 1:00 to Red Hook and comfortably get the 5:00 p.m. Does that sound right? (Delta if it matters) Ended up taking the 2:00 to Red Hook. Grabbed a cab and made it in time to have my last VI Summer at the gate.
