I have owned at Divi for 30 years in ST Croix and 15 in Little Bay.. Almost every year I have switched from St Croix due to hurricane damage our the fact that St Maartn is my favorite. The other day I go to switch my St Croix week, which I paid for in August and is not usable since the resort is not open. Divi tells me they can't do that as they are switching handling of reservations in St Croix to North Carolina. They don't have records for St Croix. I have the receipt of my payment which they finally acknowledge. I ask for a manager and get sent to owner relations which tells me the same stupid story. I ask for the contact information for the president and they tell me to send an email. The address given was not valid. Does anyone have any contact information for management in North Carolina? It seems that with. Divi trying to push points down our throat, the long time owners are no longer wanted.

The president of Divi is Marco Gallaverna. Toll-free phone number is 800-367-3484.

Good luck.
