That trail up to and along the ridge at Norman Island is a nice hike. It starts behind Pirate's Restaurant and is about a 1.25 mile each way. Walk straight up the path (don't take that first right, it only goes back down to shore). At the ridge you can walk either left or right. A short walk to the left is the helicopter pad (doesn't appear to get used much). Take the trail to the right which will eventually split. Take the right which will eventually lead to an opening near the top with a great view back toward The Bight and Tortola in the distance. On the way back take the loop down toward the water on the Caribbean side which loops back up to the ridge. Take a camera and water, and perhaps something other than 'flip-flops' if you have them.
