Hey folks! It's been far too long without activity here. I KNOW you are all cooking a whole lot more so lets share what you've been trying that you loved. I tried this new recipe for potatoes yesterday and we loved it! https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/au-gratin-peas-and-potatoes/

Hey, that does look good! Did you serve it like that, or possibly pop it under the broiler for a minute at the end?

Actually I made it the day before in a casserole dish. Reheated it tin the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Worked fine. You may notice the directions don't say what to do with the onions. I did 2 layers of everything and put the onions in between the 2 layers.
